Description
Eaton's ES AMER ESS is currently seeking a Crane Operator - 2nd Shift to join our team on Lincoln Ave.
in Waukesha, WIThe hourly rate for this position is $22.30 per hour + $2.50/hr shift premium. This position is offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000*, less applicable withholding.
*Applications must be submitted on or after January 1st, 2024 to qualify.

The function will require operation of an overhead crane; Assist Painters by prepping units, operating ovens, and operating the 25-ton crane.
Determine from the Order Process Sheet what parts need to be kitted for Final Assembly. This includes assembling kits, unloading/retrieving tanks, and cabinets.
Build pallets per specifications and shrink wrap transformers.
Operate all material handling equipment such as walkies, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
Assist Welders by building covers, leak testing, retrieving tanks/radiators, and crane operation.
Serve as a back-up to Material Attendants to help unload interplant trucks and deliver materials to Final Assembly
Minimum of one year of overhead crane experience.
No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility. Previous forklift experience.
Ability to work overtime when required
