    Description

    The Breast Imaging Section of the Department of Radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible r adiologist, who has successfully completed a Breast Imaging Fellowship program, and is eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.

    Team

    • The Department of Radiology is recognized as a progressive and forward-thinking team that continues to expand with a dynamic multi-site hospital and clinic network in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. MCW Radiology offers a hybrid model allowing faculty to read and work in both the academic and community settings.
    • The Breast Imaging Section includes 12fellowship - trained faculty who practice within a multidisciplinary Breast Care Center as well as community-based hospitals and free-standing imaging centers.
    • The Department of Radiology provides post-graduate fellowships (including a one-year Breast Imaging fellowship ) , a diagnostic radiology residency program, and medical student elective clinical rotations.
    • We have a primary Breast Care Center as well as multiple community hospitals and clinics which provide services including digital mammography units with Hologic digital tomosynthesis, Affirm upright and prone biopsy technology , 3T breast MRI including Abbreviated Breast MRI, Automated Breast Ultrasound System, and wireless localization.
    • Collaboration is the foundation for how we work within our department and with others across the organization. Our Radiology team includes 90clinical faculty radiologists, 11 imaging science faculty, 15 instructor/fellows, 45 residents, 15advanced practice providers, and 69 support staff.
