Director of Finance
Imprint Property Group is a small professional real estate investment company that asset manages and develops active adult senior housing, the company is based in southern Marin, northern California, with currently some nine properties, of which three, are based in Texas, it developed itself.
Another development is set to break ground later this year.This position reports to the CEO and will have extensive contact with the 'C' level team and head of the dual roles of investor relations and asset management.
Principal responsibilitiesManage all aspects of the finance department.
Structuring, modeling, fundraising for new developments, and refinancing of existing.
Negotiation of acquisitions, financings, and disposal
Manage the senior accountant in their performance of all accounting functions.
Manage audit, tax, lender, state, and other compliance matters, and recommend efficiencies.
Ensure accurate relevant reporting to stakeholders.
Skills and experience
Strong financial background and understanding of real estate and private equity.
Experience in the real estate 'Senior Market' is desirable.
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate.
Strong analytical, financial, and budgetary skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters daily.
Proactive highly motivated service-oriented self-starter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, high degree of initiative, and record of producing quality, on-time deliverables.
This opportunity has arisen as a result of the present CFO relocating, the successful candidate is expected to grow with the company.
This is an operational business position, it is not a 'box-ticking' accounting role, nor a transactional broker one.Salary $125,000 - $160,000, opportunity to participate in carried interest promote.
