The Senior Level Systems Analyst will provide technical support as a Narrowband Consolidated-SATCOM System Expert (C-SSE) for the Canadian- Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.

Execute various project management responsibilities to include:

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan; Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress; Develop definitive technical solutions that consider systems architecture, interoperability, interfaces, protocols, networking, expansion potential and overall end-to-end compatibility.

Works at senior level to define, integrate, and implement strategic direction for Narrowband programs having long-term effects.
Participate as consultant, advisor, or member in various DoD, Joint, and MILDEP planning and working groups.
Analyze, evaluate, and recommend solutions to future communications and automation operational challenges.
Writes policies, plans and procedures for Canadian access to MUOS capacity.

Must have a Bachelor of Science degree or higher Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SATCOM principles, technical analysis, and problem solving.
