We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Commercial Property Manager

to oversee the management and operations of our commercial properties in the

Tampa Bay

area.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our properties, while providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

This is a full time, temp to perm position for the right indivisual.
Some paid travel may be required.


Duties:
Utilize property management software for efficient record keeping and data analysis
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available spaces, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and lease agreements
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery


Experience:
Proven experience in commercial property management or related field
Proficient in data entry and record keeping
Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants
Familiarity with real estate administrative processes
Knowledge of facilities management best practices
Experience in property leasing is preferred
