Role Description
This is a contract role for a Psychiatric Medical Director at Casa Esperanza, Inc. in Boston.
The role is a hybrid position, with the majority of work being performed on-site in Boston and some flexibility for remote work.
As the Psychiatric Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing psychiatric services and providing clinical leadership.You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, provide supervision and guidance to staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree
Board certification in Psychiatry with added qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine (ABPN or ABAM board certified or eligible)
Hold current, or able to obtain, Massachusetts medical license, current DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
Minimum of three years clinical experience beyond residency/fellowship training
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Strong clinical and leadership skills
