    Summary:

    The Data Analyst, Sr. is a member of our Global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization, supporting the development and implementation of analytical and reporting tools, specifically reviewing and enhancing procurement related processes. This position supports Powin's procurement activities and builds and leverages strong working relationships with ISC, Project Success, Finance & Accounting, and Quality teams to ensure accurate reporting of costs, quality, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supplier management, etc.

    • Consult on data and modeling impacts, guiding internal stakeholders through interdependencies and analysis decision impacts
    • Provide reporting on project deliverables to internal stakeholders, including obtaining data from other internal stakeholders to consolidate into one data source
    • Evaluate data sets for analytical possibilities and pitfalls
      • Transform data as appropriate for specific team functions or processes
      • Conduct statistical testing and exploratory data analysis
      • Create data visualizations leveraging design and data presentation guides
      • Pinpoint trends, correlations, and patterns in complex data sets
      • Apply subject matter expertise to complex data analytic challenges
    • Work independently to perform a variety of tasks in order to implement ERP products and technology to meet customer needs
    • May act as the technical lead on procurement projects and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders
    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
    • 7+ years of relevant work experience
    • Minimum of 2 years data analytics and/or statistics work experience, including experience in quantitative or statistical analysis, data mining, predictive or statistical modeling, applied programming, data management, data transformation, data visualization and/or quantitative or statistical research
    • Demonstrated experience applying ERP methodology, company procedures, and best practices
    • Knowledge of key ERP System functionality
    • Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL)
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams
    • Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across levels and functions
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support international teams
    • Bi-lingual is a plus
    • NetSuite experience is preferred
    • Limited travel requirements
