Job DescriptionAs a
Senior Process
Engineer at CRB, you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing ONEsolution integrated project delivery work.

How will I contribute?
You will be responsible for overseeing the process discipline deliverables and budget on simple to complex projects of all sizes within the Food & Beverage space.
You will be responsible for directing and managing the workflows and execution of design and engineering support staff (Entry-Level to Senior) to meet client expectations and project goals.

Coordinate with internal and external parties, manage multiple complex tasks, establish priorities and direct the work of others
Work with a Project Manager for proposal development, man-hour planning, project scheduling for the discipline scope of work on advanced level projects
Identify and resolve advanced non-compliant existing conditions during site walks and construction field surveys
Develop advanced internal discipline design and engineering training presentations
Develop construction drawing packages and write construction specifications on advanced and complex projects without oversight
Lead and advanced support of construction activities such as RFI responses, submittal reviews, punch list development, and construction progress reports
Conduct quality checking of documents for advanced complex projects, e.g., technical verification of design calculations and documentation, and drive overall project quality
Provide mentorship to Discipline Engineer I, II, and III and/or Designer I, II, and III)
Lead advanced project system design programming and master planning with support from Senior Engineer
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in discipline specific degree
Master's degree in an appropriate specialization is desirable
PE is recommended
Minimum of 10 years of experience required for Lead position
A mixture of design firm, operating company or construction related experience (within the market sector) are desirable
Additional Qualifications
Intermediate experience with other applicable industry standards required
Intermediate experience with applicable building codes required
Advanced experience conducting and leading field surveys of existing conditions and support of field reporting required
Proficient with advanced internal and external cross-discipline project team coordination required
Proficient with advanced coordination with construction trade partners, vendors, and manufacturers required
Proficient at advanced list of discipline systems design calculations with limited supervision required
Intermediate experience with troubleshooting issues with discipline and systems required
