    We are seeking a General Office Assistant - Customer Service Representative to join our team You must be outgoing, self-motivated and have a team player mentality. You will perform a variety of clerical tasks as well as help on various office projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Greet and assist onsite clients
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Resolve client concerns using agency management system and company websites
    • Processing all incoming client premium payments
    • Perform all other office tasks

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in answering and triaging telephone calls in a busy office setting
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Ability to continually learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
    • Ability to perform work duties accurately and efficiently under pressure
    • Experience with Excel, Word, Google Chrome and Outlook
