    SIMFLO, one of the nations top providers of industrial, municipal, and commercial-use pumps, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist.

    SIMFLO, which operates in three locations in Texas, Arizona, and Mississippi, recently completed construction on its new Engineered Products Facility in Lubbock, Texas, which features one of the largest and most advanced vertical turbine test facilities in North America.

    Additionally, the corporate offices will be moving to a new office in downtown Lubbock this summer.

    About the Job:


    The Marketing Specialist at SIMFLO will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with coordinating and overseeing all marketing initiatives and activities within our organization.

    This includes assisting with social media management, graphic design and carrying out promotional campaigns.


    Job Duties & Responsibilities:


    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop branded collateral and literatureAssist with marketing programs and campaigns to support strategic objectivesConducts and analyzes research to provide recommendations on marketing strategiesDevelop and distribute marketing materials to all related individualsDraft and propose communication campaigns in various formats such as social and online media, print media, email marketing, direct mail, etc.

    Maintain all company social media accounts with up-to-date campaign information; familiar with photography, video and reel production for social media purposes.

    Coordinate company trade shows and events and ensure all materials are availableCoordinate and assist in the planning of company and customer meetings and eventsAssist with other marketing initiatives and duties as neededEssential Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlineAbility to work independently as well as with a teamUnderstanding of marketing principles and various methods used to promote, display, and communicate company brandingFamiliar with various Social Media platforms and strategiesGraphic design skills; proficient with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other related graphic design software as well as WordPress.

    Videography experience including shooting and editing, as well as drone experienceQualifications:
