DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately and efficiently selects correct merchandise to fill customer orders.
Use RF scan guns to verify and check on locations and to enter data.
Completes paperwork as necessary.
Picks, packs and ships efficiently.
Maintains clean work areas.
Follows company safety policies and procedures.
Follows standard operating procedures and customers guidelines for order processing.
Informs distribution leadership of safety hazards or problem situations.
Keeps up with required metrics for departments assigned to work.
Support other job assignments as needed for box making, re-work, pricing, returns, stock, offline/bulk, shipping, unloading containers or as directed by Distribution leadership.
Participates in start-up meetings with employees to go over assigned work for the shift.
Handling, sorting, and stacking cases of product for entire shift.
Unload and sort containers by hand and stack product onto pallets.
Push and pull pallets frequently.
Cut open master cases of inventory and filling pick locations with case or pieces from the case.
Unloading shipping chutes, building order pallets to ship to customer, and keeping the conveyor line clear to prevent backups.
Repalletize and label cartons to customer requirements.
Other job duties as assigned.
ATTENDANCE:
Regular attendance is an expectation of performance to ensure adequate staffing and meet expected productivity throughout the organization; employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.
Will be required to work overtime as needed.
