    Description

    Building Engineer Position at a Top Commercial Real Estate Company

    Insight Global is looking for a contract Building Engineer to handle maintenance and repairs at a facility in Columbia, MO with approximately 1,500 tenants. This role involves creating work orders, inspecting HVAC systems, and managing minor electrical tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating work orders
    • Inspecting HVAC systems
    • Overseeing minor electrical work

    Pay Range: $20/hr - $28/hr

    Requirements:

    • CFC or Electrical Certification
    • Experience with a Building Management System (BMS)
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    - Minimum 2 years of experience as a building/facility engineer dealing with electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
