    Description

    Job Overview

    The role of this position is to provide leadership and strategic direction to all operations in an assigned production department.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain engineering documents such as Work Standards, Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions, etc.
    • Monitor daily production efficiency and implement activities to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Ensure product and process quality meets specifications.
    • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning the production process, logistic flow, and equipment layout.
    • Support and lead continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process improvement activities.
    • Implement scrap reduction, cycle time reduction, and downtime reduction initiatives.
    • Adhere to standard processes for data collection, documentation, and reporting.
    • Generate and execute improvement ideas for cost reduction, labor savings, material flow optimization, and safety.
    • Communicate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
    • Ensure standardized work and consistent work practices across shifts and areas.
    • Review process machine/process tooling specifications and confirm manufacturing specifications.
    • Support training of production members on products and processes.
    • Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
    • Ability to draw using CAD software (Autodesk preferred).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Verbal and written communication skills.
    • Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred but not required.

    Working Conditions

    Office setting with repetitive standing, walking within and between buildings.
