Product Assembler/Technician

100% Onsite in Ipswich, MA
$20 - $25 per hour + profit sharing and company pays 75% of health insurance
Hours: 7 AM 3:30 Monday - Friday

What you need to bring to the table:

• Excellent communication experience is a must.
• Comfortable with fractions and decimals
• Meticulous workmanship / follows instructions easily.
• Works effectively in a team-oriented setting
• Prior manufacturing production experience is beneficial, but our client is willing to train the right people for this role.
• Assemble products according to blueprints, schematics, and written instructions.
• Identify and rectify any assembly errors.
• Able to meet production quotas.
• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in a quality focused environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of production output.

This role involves assembling a variety of products pertaining to heating and electrical systems.
