    Soliant Health is looking to hire a pharmacist for an infusion clinic in Syracuse, NY. Day-shifts. Weekdays. Great opportunity to work at a growing infusion clinic practice

    Details:

    Setting: Infusion Pharmacy

    Duties:

    Verifies physician orders and looks for therapeutic incompatibilities

    Consults with and advises Medical Staff to ensure optimal medication therapy regimens for patients

    Reconciles MARs and reviews antibiotic sensitivities

    Coordinates the filling and timely delivery of drugs and IV solutions from the pharmacy.

    Compounds, checks, supervises IV admixture per physician orders.

    Provides supervision and direction for pharmacy support staff.

    Requirements:

    - PharmD
    - 1 + years of experience in hospital or infusion pharmacy, or succesful completion of PGYI residency.

    Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    Compensation:

    Starts at $65.00/hour
