    We have an immediate opening for a full-time Staffing, Medical Records & Central Supply Coordinatorto supports both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing units. This role reports to the Director of Nursing and interacts frequently with all members of the interdisciplinary team.

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Create and publish the monthly schedules for the CNA, LPN and RN staff and interact with employees to secure coverage for vacancy shifts, open positions and vacations
    • Prepare and complete daily nursing hours and calculate to meet PPD requirements.
    • Record employee attendance, verify bi-weekly payroll reports, maintain attendance logs and prepare staffing reports as requested.
    • Manage the Central Supply ordering and stocking process for the building, staying within monthly budget constraints and abiding by infection control procedures.
    • Set up new charts utilizing internal guidelines and coordinate chart review with consultant.
    • Thin out and audit medical records as appropriate.
    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalency required
    • Certified Nursing Assistant with current/valid Florida licensure strongly preferred.
    • Previous experience in a Healthcare and/or Skilled Nursing setting.
    • One (1) year experience in a Staffing Coordinator or administrative role in a health care environment preferred.
    • Clerical skills, PC, strong math skills and experience documenting in an EMR required.
    • Must have pleasant personality and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interaction with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors.
    • Must be able to multi task, have excellent documentation skills and the ability to track information.
    • Must be able to lift and/or carry 25 pounds and use appropriate tools and body mechanics to lift greater weights, including the human body.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and accept on-all assignments as business needs arise.
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic computer work, including Excel & Word
