- Provide full time institutional support staff to the USAID Bureau for Policy, Learning and Resources (PLR).
- Provide short-term technical assistance (STTA) and surge support to PPL and USAID Missions overseas.
- Support a smooth transition of existing institutional support contractor staff from multiple Agency contracts to the new contract.
- Integrate learning and adaptive management throughout contract implementation
- Minimum Secret clearance required
- A minimum of ten years of relevant full-time professional experience in project management, contract administration, professional and organizational development, and/or personnel management and recruitment
- Master's degree in a relevant field (May substitute equivalent, relevant full-time professional experience for a degree)
- Experience in senior management of U.S
- Knowledge of USAID programs and policies
- Proven experience in adaptive management and leading organizational learning
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and Equal Employment Opportunity
- Background in Performance Management and Professional Development of personnel including development of Individual Learning and Training Plans (ILTP)
- Excellent communications and client relations skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools Preferred Qualifications
- Top Secret Clearance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience with the USAID Bureau for Policy, Learning and Resources
- Experience overseeing programs with overseas personnel
