    LHH is looking for a Legal Assistant in Pittsburgh for a busy and fast-paced law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join its team. This is an onsite opportunity ideal for a junior-level legal assistant who has litigation experience and is eager to grow within a collaborative law firm environment. Salary: $50,000 – $70,000

    Position Overview

    The firm is looking for a detail-oriented professional who understands court procedures, is comfortable with e-filing, and can effectively support attorneys in active litigation matters.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Draft, edit, and file legal documents in state and/or federal courts
    • Manage electronic filing (e-filing) and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
    • Maintain and organize case files (electronic and physical)
    • Calendar court dates, deadlines, and important case milestones
    • Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation
    • Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel
    • Provide general administrative and litigation support as needed

    Qualifications

    • Prior litigation experience required
    • Familiarity with e-filing systems and court procedures
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

    This is an excellent opportunity for a junior legal assistant seeking hands-on litigation experience in a supportive, team-oriented law firm setting.

    Benefits:
