    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Garden City, MI

    Company: Procare Therapy
    Location: Garden City, MI
    Position Type: Hourly, Full-Time hours/week)
    Contract Duration: School Year

    Procare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Garden City, MI. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to support students in their educational and developmental growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
    • Work closely with students in school settings to address behavioral goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a supportive environment for students.
    • Collect and record data on student progress to assist in the assessment and modification of intervention strategies.
    • Maintain open communication with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to student success.

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
    • Previous experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement ABA strategies effectively.
    • Reliable and committed to working full-time hours hours/week) during the school year.

    Contract Details:

    • This is a contracted position for the school year.
    • Compensation will be provided on an hourly basis.
