*Full Job Description:
Travel Contract PCU Registered Nurse needed for Hospital in Asheville, NC.

*Overview:

• MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent stepdown or progressive care experience.
• MUST HAVE recent telemetry experience.
• MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
• MUST HAVE experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications like nitroglycerine, Cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutrex, insulin drip, heparin, bumex/Lasix, etc.
• MUST HAVE PERM NORTH CAROLINA LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA BLS & ACLS certs required.

• CANDIDATE MUST LIVE 50+ MILES FROM FACILITY \\

*PREFERRED OR NICE TO HAVE (candidates with these skills will be considered FIRST):

• Experience with prostacyclins (Flolan, Veletri, Remodulin)
• Relieve charge experience

*Pay:

*Travel Pay Package (36 hour work week): * $ Gross Weekly
* $20.00 an hour taxed
* $ weekly tax-free stipends ($903.97 for housing) ($448.00 for meals and incidentals)
* $500.00 travel allowance ($250.00 to assignment and $250.00 from assignment)

*Must have:

• Must have at least minimum of 18 months recent stepdown or progressive care experience.
• Must have telemetry experience.
• Must have experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications like nitroglycerine, Cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutrex, insulin drip, heparin, bumex/Lasix, etc.
• Must have North Carolina or Compact Nursing License
• BLS & ACLS certs required

*Position: * 5 Night shift openings

• 13 week assignments with the possibility to extend longer
• Start Date May or June
