    Program: Advanced Programs - Multiple

    Description:Finance & Business Operations Senior Manager for the Advanced Programs LOB. This position will report to the Advanced Programs/Special Programs Business Operations Director. This position will provide tracking and reporting of key financial and affordability metrics, forecasting and recommendations for all financial program decisions including NBAE, Capital and business case development. Position will also coordinate with the Financial Planning, Accounting, Compliance and Billing groups in support of financial reporting.


    Responsibilities include the following:

    management of a portion of the Advanced Program portfolio; short range, long range, and outlook planning; CSR preparation and presentation and the effective execution of the financial plan; cost accounting; budget management; cost control, employee hiring, training, and development, analysis, and submission of various internal and external customer reports, business management guidance and support to the Program leadership team, achievement of financial commitments including Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash as well as planning, contracts, and PMO; ensure Program Performance Management compliance, aggressively manage portfolio to ensure financial/programmatic performance is consistent with contract requirements, identify risk and opportunities to plan, provide interface with the customer and senior management regarding finance and business management matters; development/creation of innovative bid strategies to support new business capture, author/lead the development of key proposals as required; support special projects as needed.

    Basic Qualifications:

    10+ years related Business and/or technical experience with all or parts of the Order to Cash processes
    Ability to influence across a range of functions
    Strong project management skills
    Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop lasting customer relationships
    Good written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
    Risk and Opportunity Management skills
    Proposal Estimating/Management experience

    Desired Skills:

    Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
    Experience with agile and product focused processes/ methodologies/tools.
    Ability to develop recommendations and solutions from a varied and complex set of options

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Clearance Level: Secret

    Remote Telework:

    The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
