    Overview:

    Home Performance Alliance - HR Strategic Business Partner

    Our HR Strategic Business Partner works closely with the Director of Human Resources and other HR professionals to provide comprehensive HR support to our central, field, and corporate roles. This role acts as a consultant to business leaders and is responsible for fostering a positive employee experience, promoting our culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. As the HRSBP, you will be a trusted advisor to both leaders and colleagues, providing guidance on HR matters and driving initiatives to enhance growth and profitability while establishing a great work environment.

    Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year + bonus potential

    Responsibilities:

    Our HR Strategic Business Partner is valued by their business team and draws on experience, learnings, people priorities of the enterprise and business priorities as someone making a positive impact on the Enterprise and our people:

    Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact and provide HR expertise on employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts, grievances, and performance concerns. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting to identify staffing needs. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

    Performance Management: Support the performance management and accountability process by providing training and guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

    Training and Development: Partner with leaders and Learning & Development Manager to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Facilitate training sessions as needed.

    HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Keep abreast of employment laws and regulations and recommend updates to policies as needed.

    Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention. When available, administer and review Employee Satisfaction PULSE Surveys to analyze data to identify areas for improvement and enable managers to build plans to improve engagement.

    HR Administration: Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance, including employee records, payroll changes, and benefits administration. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

    Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders and managers, the HR team and cross-functional business leaders to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

    Qualifications:

    Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.

    Experience with employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a sales or service organization.
