Expected work schedule for the Wooster Ministry Leader:

We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the annual IFI retreat.

Pay structure for a Wooster Ministry Leader:

IFI provides training in order to equip Wooster Ministry Leaders in personal fundraising. The Wooster Ministry Leader will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Wooster Ministry Leader can expect a salary of $24,960-$72,800 based on experience and other factors.

About the Area and Responsibilities of a Wooster Ministry Leader

The College of Wooster is a diverse campus community with a spirit all their own. Students come from all over the world, each bringing a unique mix of experiences, interests, and ideas, to the university. There are about 274 international students from 62 nations, which is about 16% of the student population. Several more universities within an hour of Wooster leave room for growth to other campuses, like Ashland, Akron, and Canton. This position is part of the Wooster ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.

The Wooster Ministry Leader will establish a ministry location by building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers. The Wooster Ministry Leader will engage in personal ministry as well as mobilize others to host Bible studies, plan cultural events, and share the Gospel. It is vital that the Wooster Ministry Leader establish IFI as a recognized student org, maintain good relationships with the campus, and maintain financial and prayer support for the budgeted needs of the role.

Qualifications Needed from the Wooster Ministry Leader, including Spiritual Characteristics

The Wooster Ministry Leader must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Wooster Ministry Leader must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.

Education/Experience for a Wooster Ministry Leader

• Demonstrated ministry, training and mobilization experience required
• Experience in cross-cultural ministry, preferred
• College degree preferred
