- You will support the seamless production flow in the manufacturing area by maximizing machine efficiency and optimizing product scheduling.
- You will assess, propose, and implement maintenance programs for complex equipment to ensure all production goals are met.
- You will manage spare part inventories and initiate restocking programs as necessary.
- You will oversee contractor work orders effectively and efficiently.
- You will supervise shipping processes for products, equipment, and supplies.
- You will maintain an efficient receiving system for raw materials, catering to current and future needs.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- You will make decisions that have a direct and positive impact on business operations.
- You will create departmental budgets.
- You will work in compliance with established protocols and identify resource requirements.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field. Certification may be necessary in specific areas.
- You possess knowledge of core concepts, practices, and procedures within supervised work groups.
- You understand and apply effective supervisory techniques for team direction, motivation, and performance management.
- You have approximately 15 years of successful experience in a related field, demonstrating proficiency in the responsibilities outlined above.
