Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Pre-K Lead Teacher to inspire and guide our preschoolers through their foundational learning journey. In this role, you will create dynamic lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and support children's growth in literacy, math, social skills, and physical development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and joy in learning.

Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes early childhood education, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Lead daily classroom activities with enthusiasm, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all children.
- Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management strategies to foster respect and cooperation among students.
- Collaborate with families to support each child's individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Conduct assessments to monitor childhood development progress and prepare reports for parents and staff.
- Maintain organized classroom environments that support preschool experience, toddler care, and daycare standards.
- Plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing preparation where appropriate and promote overall child welfare.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, and childhood development principles.
- Experience with special education, early intervention programs, and literacy education techniques.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods, teaching physical education, and math instruction for young learners.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior proactively while fostering a nurturing environment.
