- Previous background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Workforce, or Account Management support positions.
- Proficient in managing schedules and coordinating processes in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with CRM, ATS, Time, or Scheduling technologies to enhance performance and engagement of new hires.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adept at multitasking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Talent teams to evaluate staffing needs and ensure effective employee placement to meet operational demands.
- Act as a liaison between departments to convey scheduling requirements and align them with organizational goals.
- Analyze call-off patterns to identify critical talent gaps and needs per market and account.
- Use data insights to shape hiring and placement strategies, enhancing decision-making processes.
- New Hire Scheduling, Onboarding, and Retention:
- Manage schedules and logistics for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Work with Operations Site leaders to establish communication channels with new hires.
- Regularly engage with security personnel to monitor shift availability changes, aiming to retain and maximize workforce capacity.
- Collaborate with the Talent team on crafting retention strategies to nurture a positive workplace culture and boost employee satisfaction.
- Offer continuous support to new hires for a seamless integration into the organization.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure employee and client contentment, address people-related needs, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, performance, and retention.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance for scheduling and coordination tasks, such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, and maintaining precise records.
- Assist in generating reports and examining data related to employee placement and retention endeavors.
- Coordinate with security personnel and site leadership to oversee timeclock, payroll, Time off requests, call off management, and internal technology systems data accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process enhancement and efficiency in employee onboarding, placement, and scheduling procedures.
- Actively contribute suggestions and ideas to improve the overall employee experience and drive organizational triumph.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Execute any additional tasks as delegated by management, showcasing flexibility and eagerness to contribute to the team and organization's overall triumph.

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Generalist- People Specialist within our team.
