- Travel may be required.
- Associates Degree / Pharmacy Certification preferred but not required
- FirstData Bank and MediSpan drug hierarchy is very useful but not required
- Project management knowledge a plus
- Microsoft Excel experience required.
- Highly organized and motivated, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise logical and critical thinking in problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- A passion for learning and technology.

The Benefits Configuration Specialist will provide assistance to the Implementation team with a focus on claim research. Assist with coordinating new group implementations and benefit plan changes.
