Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Construction Project Manager. This position involves working alongside with the Associate VP Of Facilities Management. This person will be managing approx. 20 design and construction projects throughout a 110-acre campus.These projects will range from $1,000 to $3.5 million projects and can range from a renovation or underground utilities project.
They will manage the project from an owner's representative perspective. They are managing all the consultants and Construction Managers but never any subcontractors.
