About the Role:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be the backbone of our client's innovative projects, especially in paint finishing, oven engineering, abatement system engineering, and phos/ecoat engineering.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a wide range of technical and leadership tasks, pushing the boundaries of industrial mechanical engineering.

What We Need From You:

Paint Finishing Expertise:
Lead engineer experience with a strong focus on one or more areas such as spray booth, oven, and abatement system engineering

Technical Proficiency:
Deep knowledge in piping systems, HVAC systems, and the ability to perform detailed calculations and system modeling

Project Leadership:
Capability to lead large industrial projects, ensuring both innovation and precision

Communication Skills:
Excellence in conveying complex technical concepts and collaborating within a team

Mentorship Ability:
Eagerness to train and mentor young engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise

Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering projects in major process areas like spray booth, oven, and abatement systems.
Perform intricate calculations for system design, including utility load requirements and equipment sizing.
Develop detailed mechanical sequences, technical RFQs, and subcontractor SOWs for procurement.
Ensure the integration of safety and efficiency in all engineering processes.
