    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up on pending or issued quotations via email or phone. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, action-oriented, approachable, and patient.

    Responsibilities:

    • Qualify, build relationships, and evaluate customer needs through proactive questioning.
    • Engage with customers via phone, email, and web conferencing.
    • Manage customer relationships, identify service requirements, and act as a liaison between the customer and Element Material Technology.
    • Focus on quotation enquiries for standard products and services.
    • Gain pricing and lead times from standard price lists.
    • Work with departments to resolve complaints and process sales invoices.
    • Provide status reports to clients and handle requests for information.
    • Utilize CRM tools to record activities and maintain accurate contact details.
    • Achieve sales goals by converting and penetrating accounts.
    • Maintain knowledge of Element Material Technology's service offerings and participate in training opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

    Skills / Qualifications:

    • 3 years of customer service experience with quoting experience preferred.
    • Ability to read and interpret customer documents, marketing materials, and testing specifications.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
    • Ability to solve practical customer problems and interpret instructions and data.
    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Dynamics AX and CRM, Word, Excel).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
