Job Opportunity: Attorney – Taxes and Bankruptcy
Responsibilities:
Represent Clients: Advocate for clients in court or before government agencies, ensuring their interests are protected and represented effectively.
Legal Drafting: Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the intricacies of tax and bankruptcy law.
Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on business and legal transactions, guiding clients through complex legal matters with confidence and clarity.
Negotiation Skills: Utilize strong negotiation skills to reach settlements for legal disputes, fostering positive outcomes for our clients.
