    Description

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Performing strategic planning, projection, execution, and resource assessment for intricate wireless network systems.
    Crafting, executing, and assessing improvements to wireless networks while offering suggestions for enhancements.
    Overseeing the deployment of wireless network architecture and blueprints.
    Engaging in the strategic planning, architectural design, and engineering of wireless networks. Illustrating and integrating communication frameworks, structures, hardware, software, transmission, and signaling mechanisms into comprehensive wireless network setups.
    Assessing new products, resolving wireless network issues, and executing approved procedures.
    Proposing and executing enhancements to wireless networks while providing suggestions for advancement.

    Required Qualifications:
    Thorough understanding of data wireless networking principles (OSI Model, TCP/IP, etc.).

    Proficiency in relevant wireless industry standards and specifications including IEEE, ANSI, variants, Bridging, Switching, Routing, Ethernet, and Transport technologies and protocols.

    Comprehensive knowledge of wireless network design, architecture, protocols, and topologies.
    Familiarity with fundamental wireless network devices and appliances.
    Competence in utilizing wireless network design software such as Visio, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless networking.

    Cisco Certified Wireless Network Professional (CCNP) certification and completion of wireless industry and vendor-specific training (Cisco, Ariss, Ruckus, etc.) preferred.

    2-5 years of relevant experience in wireless network implementation.
