    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic, and client-focused professional to play a key role in our litigation team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and presenting arguments in court.
    • Conduct depositions of parties and witnesses, interviewing experts and other parties involved in the case.
    • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, requiring excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of our clients' best interests.
    • Develop litigation strategies and make recommendations to clients based on a thorough understanding of the facts and legal issues of each case.
    • Provide legal advice to clients and keep them informed about the status of their cases.
    • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the best representation for our clients.

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney
    • Proven experience in conducting depositions
    • Exceptional litigation skills, including excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
    • A proven track record of effectively managing a caseload
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
    • A high degree of professionalism and adherence to strict confidentiality and ethical standards
    • The ability to work independently, but also as part of a team, in a fast-paced and demanding environment
