Description

Provide senior level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases; integrate third party products; translate technical specifications into code for complex new or enhancement projects for internal clients.

Requires Master's in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, or closely related field and two years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Data Science Engineer and/or Software Developer and/or Programming Intern; or Bachelor's and five years of experience.

Background in education, training or experience must include Data Engineering/Data Science including analyzing and organizing raw data; experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines, architecting robust AWS solutions to meet business outcomes; experience with cloud databases; must be able to transform raw data to meet business needs, develop analytical tools; experience with analytical platforms including Athena, leveraging different AWS tools including Glue, ECS, EMR, S3, Redshift, Kinesis Firehose, SageMaker, building and utilizing machine learning models; experience using business intelligence tools including Tableau, utilizing raw and preprocessed data for model training; experience utilizing pre-existing deep learning/machine learning models; experience with Python; strong AWS experience (ECS, Lambda, Glue, S3); Data Analytics Specialty certification (AWS).
