The AML Senior Investigator III is responsible for supervising daily workflow operational queues metrics managing developing training leading a team of investigators writing delivering performance reviews contributing to internal projects maintaining policies procedures performing quality assurance reviews assessing internal trends external regulatory findings current money laundering risk inquiries making policy recommendations reporting potential findings to management.Responsibilities
- Operational Management supervise daily workflow operational queues metrics
- Manage develop train lead a team of investigators
- Write deliver performance reviews including development action plans
- Contribute internal projects maintain policies procedures perform quality assurance reviews assess internal trends external regulatory findings current money laundering risk inquiries make policy recommendations report potential findings management timely manner conduct review evaluate findings using AML KYC CIP knowledge subject matter expert SME AML provide direction assistance AML related issues investigations strong analytical writing communication skills organizational time management skills required.
