- Support existing reporting systems like Snowflake and Matillion.
- Design, develop, and implement system enhancements meeting business needs and technical requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation including design, technical specifications, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to develop and deploy integrations between multiple platforms, incorporating ETL methods.
- Participate in meetings with business and IT stakeholders.
- Provide production support including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application/ETL process issues.
- Adhere to ITIL standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with BI and analytics, Snowflake, application development, ETL processes (specifically Matillion), and SQL.
- Knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and newer.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
