    The job of an **Instructional Teacher** at our educational institution is to create an engaging and safe learning environment where students can thrive and develop their skills. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Ensure alignment with Board policies, mission statement, beliefs, and objectives. - Participate in job training and professional growth opportunities. - Plan and deliver instructional activities for active learning experiences. - Engage students through an inquiry-based delivery model. - Provide diverse learning materials and resources. - Utilize various instructional strategies and technologies. - Maintain necessary records accurately and completely. - Create and uphold a safe learning environment. - Demonstrate effective behavior management techniques. - Communicate regularly with students, colleagues, and parents. - Participate in Professional Learning Communities. - Create formative assessments aligned to district curriculum. - Analyze student data to drive differentiated instruction. - Utilize technology to enhance student learning. QUALIFICATIONS:
    Illinois Teaching License with appropriate endorsements and certifications. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    - Demonstrate qualities aligned with our core values. - Effectively communicate with school stakeholders. - Develop relationships with students and parents. - Knowledge of various instructional strategies. - Knowledge of best teaching practices. - Working knowledge of State and National Standards. - Organize and maintain student records. WORKING CONDITIONS:
    Moderate in-district travel and intermittent in-state and out-of-state travel. Intermittent prolonged and irregular work hours.
