- Schedule work with the turn teams foreman based on current workload.
- Contact 3rd party vendors and schedule their work as needed.
- Visit the work sites to check up on the turn and make sure that the work is being done correctly and in a timely manner.
- Work with the Rental Turn foreman to communicate the status of each turn and to make sure the team members timesheets are accounted for and correct..
- Hire/ Train new employees.
- Experience in leading construction crews.
- Exceptionally detailed and organized.
- Excellent knowledge of construction principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to be flexible.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- College, High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Experience administration and/or project management. candidate needs to have exposure to the construction environment, remodeling experience.

Description:The rental project/ turn coordinator is responsible for assigning and overseeing the work of the various teams responsible for turning rental units, maintaining accurate schedules and descriptions of work performed, and communicating to the in-house owners/ site managers and accounting.
This position requires a moderate level of accounting and job costing experience.
