    Job Title: Project/Program Management- Program - Program Manager IV

    Job Description: Summary:

    On site - highly independent role

    The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Create and execute a comprehensive program strategy with clear objectives and quantifiable metrics.

    Ensure alignment with business goals and operational excellence, ensuring a hands-on approach, including the execution of system configurations and automation as necessary.

    Lead change management to ensure a seamless transition to new digital processes.

    Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks .

    Collaborate with program managers, business leaders, and the executive team to drive critical initiatives.

    Develop and govern KPI reporting and manage projects responsibly and actively participate in program documentation.

    Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.

    Skills:

    Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

    Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams

    Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects within budget and timeline constraints

    Experience managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues * Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

    PMI or PMP certification preferred..

    Need to know risk level and make decisions quickly. plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

    Must-Have HARD Skills 1

    Hands on experience and knowledge in designing compliance risk sheets, designing workflows, creating KPI's and governing them.

    PMP certified

    Nice-to-have Skills

    Experience in a Legal department (knowledge of legal terms/processes)

    Difficulties that the candidate should be aware they may face in the role and need to be able to handle to be successful in the role. This is a very independent role as most of the team is not in the same time zone
