    Description
    A market leading Process Automation Company serving the Midwest area has a full-time position available for a Sr. Lead Automation Engineer.

    This position is a leadership position leading customers in the design and implementation of their automation systems.


    It includes aligning system design with customer standards, automation best practices, Life Science Industry best practices, and leveraging current and future functionality in automation systems.


    Your expertise will be used not only in a leadership role but also in participating in control strategy setting, and ensuring system integrators provide solutions that meet the customer specifications through consultation, review, software acceptance testing , issue and risk management.

    Requirements:

    4 year B.S. degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer

    10 years of Automation Project delivery experience

    5+ years of DeltaV Batch experience

    Automation design and leadership experience

    Experience executing large automation projects for Life Sciences

    Excellent customer communications and relationship skills

    Experience working in a collaborative team environment

    Working knowledge of automation hardware components

    Experience integration Control Systems to MES is a plus
