- Serve as State Central Register Call Center Worker.
- Provide telephone counseling and referral services for crisis situations; maintain familiarity with resources statewide.
- Enter all alleged reports of child abuse/neglect into the computer terminal accurately.
- Monitor incoming written reports for CPS units.
- Perform other duties as reasonably required or assigned.
- Preferably a master's degree in social work or related human service field plus one year of directly related professional casework/case management experience.
- OR a bachelor's degree in social work plus one year of directly related professional casework/case management experience.
- OR a bachelor's degree in a related human service field plus two years of directly related professional casework/case management experience.
- The degree program must be accredited and approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
- This class is included as an Upward Mobility Program credential title.
- Background check clearance.
- Physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform duties.
