- Independently evaluate and select procedures based on project needs
- Manage and execute all aspects of projects
- Analyze, interpret, and evaluate data from field and laboratory findings
- Communicate effectively with teammates, design professionals, and contractors
- Review project billing and track time spent on projects
- Operate company testing equipment and vehicles safely
- Coordinate field services
- Maintain client relationships
- Attend professional meetings and industry events
- Practice confidentiality according to company policy
- B.S. Civil Engineering required, with emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology preferred
- Familiarity with geology and site conditions in New England
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Rhode Island and/or Massachusetts or holds F.E./E.I.T.
- Minimum of 4 years of related engineering and project management experience
- Risk management training
- Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Experience with computer software and ability to learn new programs
- Meet deadlines and organize activities
- Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and organizing data
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Established network of industry contacts in New England
- Ability to perform field and/or laboratory testing
