To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
Preventative maintenance of electrical components Perform a variety of electrical installation and maintenance work on plant electrical systems and equipment.
Lay out and install wiring circuits and distribution centers in accordance with specifications. Install switches, controls, and other electronic devices incidental to the installation. Diagnose and remedy troubles, repair and replace equipment and apparatus. Work from schematic drawings and diagrams, specifications, and codebook. Use electrical measuring and testing devices.Troubleshooting of welding equipment and weld controls as well as variable speed motor drives, PLC's servo systems, robotics, and other metal fabricating equipment Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks.

Follows all process documentation and quality procedures. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Performs quality inspections. Delivery Performs electrical repairs and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. Performs and documents preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. Conforms applicable codes and standards to maintain, install, and operate electrical systems. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks. Performs other duties as required to meet business goals. Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints. Schedule maintenance activities around production requirements Solve problems and improve processes. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements.Participates actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
