    Job Description:

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a prominent Healthcare Association in Oregon. This position will provide comprehensive support to the CEO, board members, and contribute to the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

    Location: Tigard, Oregon

    Reports To: CFO

    Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

    Compensation: $30-$36 per hour

    Responsibilities:
    • 50% Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and board members, including managing board meetings, agendas, minutes, and retreats.
    • Financial Accounting: Assist with financial accounting tasks under the direction of the CFO, such as posting transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing receipts.
    • Office Operations: Take the lead on office operations, including managing the lease, equipment, workspace, and maintaining the overall appearance of the office.
    • Front Desk Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide general administrative support at the front desk area.
    • Member Support: Provide assistance to members, including phone support, helping them navigate the system, and facilitating registration for classes and events.
    • Education and Events Support: Assist with education and events by handling tasks such as printing materials and assembling binders for educational sessions.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive support roles.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with CRM software (Member Suite CRM preferred), QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
