- Associate's degree in nursing or diploma in nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Previous Med/Surg experience in a hospital environment is strongly preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours that may include days, evenings, weekends, and on-call.
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills preferred.
