    Field Manager at ABC Construction Company

    Are you a seasoned and thorough Field Manager with a solid background in multi-family projects? If so, our client is looking for someone like you to join their dynamic team at ABC Construction Company. As a Field Manager, you'll be the key player in overseeing subcontractors and installers, ensuring smooth coordination, and effective project execution.

    This role requires a deep understanding of blueprint interpretation, material scheduling, and delivery logistics. You'll also need to master project timelines, team management, and quality assurance to excel in this position. Your contribution as the Field Manager is crucial for maintaining top-notch project delivery, making sure each task meets quality expectations and is completed within set deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead on-site management of multiple active multi-family projects.
    • Work closely with Project Coordinators for efficient handling of submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Conduct physical site assessments and collaborate with the purchasing department for timely material procurement.
    • Directly oversee subcontractors and installation crews to meet project objectives accurately.
    • Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
    • Optimize material requisition processes for effective field product control.
    • Act as the primary liaison for builders and contractors, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of project-related queries.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of field/project management experience in multi-family projects within the Construction and Building Materials sector.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
    • Advanced computer skills, especially in project management software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to coordinate diverse on-site teams effectively.
    • Thorough knowledge of safety regulations, protocols, and quality standards.
    • Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and successfully handling assignments.
    • Detail-oriented with the capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
