Project Description:
The client is embarking on a 2-year digital enablement effort.
The scope includes system design, develop and implement services of a disease surveillance and licensing and permitting solution with additional wrap around services, such as change management and training for these systems and two other system implementations of immunization and lab information systems.
Attached is an overview of the Transformation project.Required Skills:
Candidate should have experience participating in a fast-paced Agile framework/Scrum methodology environment for software development lifecycle activities.
Candidate should have 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.
Salesforce certifications required.
Candidate should be a good team player, have the ability to learn quickly, and have excellent written and spoken communication.
Few selective ones among them are as follows:
Experience of Development, implementation including configuration and customization/ data migration.
Proficiency in administrative tasks like creating profiles, roles, users, email services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Developed Formula fields, Workflow rules, Validation rules.
Experience in Agile Environment and strong knowledge of bug tracking tools like Jira.
Proficient in customizing standard objects:
Accounts, Contacts, opportunities, Products, Price books, Cases, Leads, Campaigns, Reports and Dashboards.
Implemented Security and Sharing rules at object, field and record level for different users at different levels of organization.
