Key Responsibilities:

As an Assembly Technician, your main role involves various operations in producing bearing assemblies, such as inspection, assembly, and packaging. Your tasks will include preload operations, in-process inspections, engraving, packaging, and more.

Preload: Execute preload operations to meet specific bearing requirements
In-Process Inspector: Conduct inspections during manufacturing
Engraver: Perform engraving tasks following established procedures
Precision Package/Lube: Handle washing and packaging of precision bearings accordingly
Utility: Assist in secondary assembly setups
RGM Processor: Manage customer returns and refurbishments
Bearing Washer: Wash bearings prior to inspection
Documentation Clerk: Handle clerical tasks related to final inspections

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow instructions and troubleshoot effectively

Physical Demands:

Manual dexterity, good vision, and ability to lift weights
