About the Role
We are launching a Texas pilot for a new Repair-Now-Pay-Later financing solution built specifically for auto body and collision shops.
We're looking for a field-based territory sales professional who already works closely with auto body and repair shops — someone who understands how shops operate, enjoys being on the road, and knows how to build strong relationships with owners and managers.
This role is ideal for someone who currently sells into shops and wants to represent a solution that helps shops close more work and get paid faster.
What You'll Do
- Own and develop a Texas territory of auto body & collision shops
- Visit shops in person and build long-term relationships with owners, managers, and estimators
- Introduce shops to Carment's financing solution
- Onboard new shop partners and train service advisors / estimators on how to use the product
- Support early adoption and ensure the solution is actively used in daily workflows
- Act as the local point of contact for shop partners during the pilot
- Share feedback from the field with product and operations teams
Who We're Looking For
You're a strong fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of field sales or territory management experience
- Sell or have sold into auto body, collision, or auto repair shops
- Are comfortable managing a territory and being on the road most days
- Communicate easily with shop owners, managers, and service advisors
- Have experience introducing new products or programs to shops
- Are self-motivated and comfortable working in a pilot-stage environment
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with auto body or collision shops in Texas
- Experience training shop staff on new tools or processes
- Spanish language skills
Compensation & Structure
- Contract role during the Texas pilot
- Competitive base pay + performance-based bonuses per activated shop
