    Description

    **Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift, 4 On / 4 Off

    Responsibilities include working from shop prints and work orders to prepare the machine for operation.

    • Prepare the machine by checking fluid levels, grease fittings, and transmission. Load programs and insert tooling for touch-off of tooling references points for a dry run of the first piece.
    • Produce the first piece with approval or assistance of more experienced personnel for measurement of critical dimensions.
    • Closely check production pieces following quality procedures.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of one year experience as a CNC Machinist in a Manufacturing Shop Environment is required.
    • A high school diploma or equivalent education is also necessary.
